Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be automatically eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. In the event that you have used it (such as writing or using the booklets), we may ask for photos to evaluate the extent of usage and determine refund eligibility on a case-by-case basis.

Damages and issues with products

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

MathifyHSC strives to ensure the accuracy and quality of the content in our workbooks. However, we disclaim any warranty that Materials or descriptions of Materials will be accurate, complete, reliable, current, useful or error-free. If you identify any typographical errors or inaccuracies in our products, please contact our team at support@mathifyhsc.com to report the issue.

While we appreciate your feedback and will work to address any errors, we do not guarantee refunds or replacements due to these errors. MathifyHSC may, at our sole discretion, choose to issue replacements on a case-by-case basis.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
